Poor customer services. Rude staff members.
Disgusting manegment skills, do not know how to approach customers. I was told to sit down and wait 30 mins for the manager to come downstairs. Pelona the "manger" is very unapproachable, rude and arrogant woman. Avoid this particular branch. I've always returned items if needed, but on this occasion was told its impossible . AVOID
This place is pretty good. I was going to put 4 stars but when I saw a kid a kid shouting to his dad 'Dad! Dad! They have phones for 5!' I HAD to add another star.
Amazed by the ultra fast service. From putting stuff in the online basket, paying and collecting. It used to take a lot longer. Great new system & great friendly staff today 10/10!
This is the worst shop ever!! If I could give 0 star I would! I purchased a lot of items from Argos and I never had problems to bring them back if I needed. They expect me to know that a something fits me well without open the box. Guess what? A different site didn't have any problems!And Nima, or similar, we are not friends and I AM NOT YOUR "DEAR". Just because we are both female, don't think it's fine to call me so. I regret I didn't ask your manager name.
